Tallinn International Festival Jazzkaar is tone of the name cards of Estonian culture and the biggest jazz festival of the Baltic states, taking place since 1990. The ten-day festival Jazzkaar is the most visited festival in Estonia where over 3000 foreign artists from 60 countries have performed. It brings local top performers, newcomers and big names and rising stars of jazz from all over the world to Estonia. Jazzkaar experiments with new formats and venues, bringing music from concert halls to urban space and inviting families with children along. Spring 2015 Jazzkaar festival was visited by 21 000 music lovers, which is an all-time record.
